rush university is located just off the eisenhower expressway (i-290), five minutes west of chicago’s loop, and is conveniently accessible by car, bus, train or bicycle.

visitors to rush university may park in the main garage at paulina and harrison streets. this is an enclosed garage with a fourth-floor walkway leading to the armour academic center. the parking rates can be found here.
monthly parking is available for students in the following parking garages for $40 per month, plus a $30 refundable deposit for an electronic access device.
to purchase the electronic access device, you must bring either cash or check for the deposit and first month’s parking charge with you to student orientation. if you do not purchase a parking pass at orientation, you can pay the $10 daily employee rate. contact the parking facilities manager at (312) 942-6594 to learn more about pricing structure and availability.
the rush day shuttle, which runs from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., makes stops at both the tailor lofts student apartments and the uic parking garage.
